Something new for Milwaukee to be ashamed of

While our neighbors to the north are happily suing to burn public library books as an exercise and demonstration of Christian Civil Liberties and tolerance, Milwaukee can also hang it's head in shame.

"The largest increase — 64 percent — was in Milwaukee, where the number of reported incidents rose to 18 in 2008 from 11 in 2007, the report said."

Anti-gay violence is up nationwide by 28% with 29 gay bias killings at an all time high. The increase in violence against gay people is probably a reaction to gay people demanding their civil right of marriage.

So good job Milwaukee! You know that stigma of being one of the most segregated cities in America that we've been desperately trying to change? Well too bad, we've confirmed our status as one of the most bigoted cities in America once again.
